Dynamic Cancellation Fees

Cancellation Fee occured when you arrived the pick-up point and waited for more than a ceratin amount of time. We’ve created this feature to compensate drivers affected by cancellations more fairly. This means that if a cancellation occurs, you will receive a compensation fee as long as the requirement has been met. Please note, 100% of all cancellation fees go directly to drivers. for more details, please refer to your DiDi Driver app.
