Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen! That's why we give you a few minutes to connect with your driver after they've arrived. However, if the waiting time is exceeded and you cancel, a small trip cancelled fee helps cover the driver's travel and time. Your driver can also cancel the ride if the waiting period is over and a no-show fee can be applied.
