1. This "Promotion" is offered by DiDi Mobility (Australia) Pty Ltd. ("DiDi") and is an exclusive reward for Riders of the DiDi Rider app in New Zealand only, who comply with these terms and conditions. The promotion will run until December 31, 2022.
2. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the relevant offer description.
3. To be eligible for this offer, you must:
a. be aged 18 or over;
b. be an existing DiDi-Rider; and
c. be located in New Zealand.
4. To receive a voucher:
a. you (Referrer or You) must refer a new user, who must be located in New Zealand, to register as a new rider of the DiDi Rider app (Referee) by sending them the unique referral code (Referral Code) provided to you by DiDi;
b. the Referee must be a new user aged 18 or over, who is located in New Zealand, who has never signed up for DiDi's services and never paid for a trip with DiDi;
c. the Referee must sign up using your unique Referral Code; and
d. the Referee must complete one (1) paid ride with DiDi within 14 days of signing up.
6. Once the Referee signs up and completes their first DiDi trip within 14 days of signing up to the DiDi Rider app, the Referee will receive a $10 DiDi voucher.
7. Users must not market or promote this promotion to friends without their implied or express consent or to the public at large or through paid advertising channels (such as blog sites, ads and the like) unless express consent is given by DiDi.
8. Both the Referrer and the Referee of a successful referral in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will receive a $10 voucher. The voucher will be automatically added to the respective Referee or Referrer's DiDi Rider account.
9. You are responsible for your own costs associated with participating in this promotion.
10. You must not:
a. tamper with the participation process;
b. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion;
c. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
d. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of DiDi or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion;
e. breach any law; or
f. behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
11. The use of any voucher is subject to DiDi’s General Terms and Conditions for Rider Offers as available in the DiDi app or at the DiDi website.
12. DiDi reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
13. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions for Rider Offers available in the app or at the DiDi website.
14. If you are deemed by DiDi to breach these terms and conditions or the General Terms and Conditions for promotions, your participation in this promotion may be deemed invalid. DiDi may, at any time, require documentation from you to establish to DiDi's satisfaction the validity of your participation (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by DiDi to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
