This Fee Schedule applies to DiDi Mobility (Australia) Pty Ltd in Australia and/or DiDi Mobility (New Zealand) Limited in New Zealand (individually and collectively (as applicable) DiDi)
Unless a promotional or other arrangement applies, this Fee Schedule applies to:
(a) passenger transportation and delivery of packages trips undertaken by Driver-partners registered in any city where a Driver Program such as DiDi Advance does not apply;
(b) all trips undertaken by Driver-partners with the DiDi Share product (Share); and
(c) all trips undertaken by Driver-partners with the DiDi Saver product (Saver).
This Fee Schedule sets out the fees and circumstances in which such fees are payable by you for the facilitation of bookings for Services by DiDi Australia through the Driver App and in accordance with your agreement with DiDi under the Driver Agreement.
This Fee Schedule applies from the date you commence as a Driver-partner until updated or replaced in accordance with the Driver Agreement.
If you do not agree with any terms in this Fee Schedule, you must immediately stop using the DiDi App.
DiDi Services Fee
The DiDi Services Fee is calculated as a percentage of the Payment Fees payable by a Passenger or a User for the provision of Services.
For trips undertaken by Driver-partners registered in a city where a Driver Program such as DiDi Advance does not apply:
a flat Services Fee percentage of 10% applies for trips completed by the Driver-partner within that city; and
for trips completed by the Driver-partner within another city a flat Services Fee percentage of 15% applies.
For DiDi Share, a dynamic services fee applies based on the particulars of a given trip such as distance, duration and number of Share bookings.
For DiDi Saver, a flat Services Fee percentage of 10% applies for trips completed by the Driver-partner.
For DiDi Delivery, a flat Services Fee percentage of 10% applies for trips completed by the Driver-partner.
The DiDi Services Fee does not apply to certain additional fees payable by a Passenger or User that either you or DiDi are wholly entitled to, such as the levy fee, cancellation fee, toll fee, compulsory third party insurance (if applicable) and any other fee imposed by DiDi from time to time such as the Confirmation Fee, as updated.
Capitalised terms in this Fee Schedule that are not defined here have the same meaning given to them in the Driver Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise.
