The transport of these travellers will be managed by the Australian Federal and State Governments.
To help flatten the curve and mitigate the spread of COVID-19 we ask that you practice the following specific rideshare hygiene advice when taking a trip from the Airport based on the Australian Government Department of Health advice:
Wear a surgical mask during your trip to your isolation location;
Avoid direct contact with other riders and the driver;
Where possible, handle your own luggage and personal items when entering and exiting a rideshare vehicle.
Practice good hygiene;
Clean hands thoroughly and often using an alcohol-based hand rub or with soap and water;
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, dispose of tissues, and use alcohol-based hand sanitiser;
Depending on individual state regulations, in some instances domestic travellers will also need to self isolate upon arrival.

Individuals undergo health screening upon arrival into airports, and only those who are well are permitted to continue their journey. Upon arriving at the destination, you are not required to take any further measures.
In addition to practicing good personal hygiene when picking up/dropping off from the airport:
Any DiDi rideshare users with a suspected case of COVID-19 should seek medical attention, or has travelled through an at-risk country has been advised to wear a surgical mask to prevent spreading the virus, and are required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days as mandated by government relations.
Upon arriving at the destination, you are not required to take any further measures.
We are advising riders where possible, to handle their own luggage and personal items when entering and exiting a rideshare vehicle. In instances when assisting with luggage, ensure to practice extra caution by sanitising your hands as you would with any surfaces touched by others.
To ensure the safety of the DiDi Community it is strongly advised that you report to us if you are showing symptoms, have been asked to self-isolate or have been diagnosed with COVID-19, this allows us to communicate to those you have been in close contact with. You may ask the driver for help, however, it’s at their discretion if they are comfortable assisting with luggage and personal items.
